The School owns and operates its own fleet of buses to provide prompt and dependable transport facilities to students. Every school bus is equipped with a GPS tracking system and onboard cameras, allowing the school management to continuously monitor the movement of each bus and its occupants in real time.
The moment the tracking system detects any deviation from the prescribed route, an automatic notification is sent to the school, enabling immediate action. A two-way communication system is also built into the GPS setup, ensuring that the driver can be contacted directly at any point during the journey.
Beyond the technology, the School places equal emphasis on people. Drivers, helpers and escorting teachers undergo regular training to ensure the comprehensive safety and security of every student on board. While no effort is spared in safeguarding students, the School cannot be held responsible for road accidents involving its buses or for unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

The school bus facility is provided to students subject to availability of seats.
Students must reach their designated stop 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
Conveyance fees are payable for 11 months. No conveyance fee is charged for the month of June.
One month's written notice must be given before withdrawing from the bus service, or one month's fee in lieu of notice.
Bus routes are drawn up as prescribed by the School and can be obtained from the school office.
All bus stops are decided solely by the School authorities. Requests to change a route or stop for individual convenience will not be entertained.
Young children must be received at the bus stop by a parent or guardian. If no one is present to collect the child, he/she will be brought back to School and must be picked up by the parent from the school office.
Students who use a rickshaw or any other mode of transport other than the school bus do so entirely at their own risk.
Indisciplined behaviour on the school bus will make a student ineligible to continue using the school transport facility.
Note: The School is not responsible for the safety of students travelling by private transport. Parents are advised, in their own interest, to note the vehicle number, retain the driver's photo I.D. along with permanent address proof, and ensure police verification of the driver is completed.
