Use this checklist to confirm you have everything ready before starting the admission process. This applies to Pre-Primary, Class I onwards and Senior Secondary admissions — some points may not apply to every class or category.

Student has attained the minimum age required for the class as per school/government norms.
Birth Certificate or valid proof of age is submitted.
Student has passed the previous class (where applicable).
Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school is submitted (if applicable).
Report Card / Mark Sheet of the previous academic year is submitted.
Aadhaar Card or other valid identity proof is provided.
Parent/Guardian has submitted valid identity and address proof.
Required passport-size photographs of the student and parent/guardian are submitted.
Student is medically fit to attend school (Medical Certificate, if required).
Vaccination records are submitted (if required by the school).
Caste, Income, EWS, or Disability Certificate is submitted (if applying under a reserved or special category).
Admission form is fully completed and signed by the parent/guardian.
Admission fee and other applicable charges have been paid.
Student and parent/guardian agree to abide by the school's rules, regulations, and code of conduct.
